1. How to Cancel Your Order

A. Cancellation Before Shipment (Within 24 Hours)

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
  • Steps to Cancel:
    1. Log in to your Huwaa Fashion account.
    2. Go to “My Orders” and select the order you wish to cancel.
    3. Click “Cancel Order” and confirm your request.
  • If the cancellation option is unavailable, your order may already be in processing. In this case, contact us immediately at huwaasoftware@gmail.com with your order number.

B. Cancellation After Shipment (Order Already Dispatched)

  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • What You Can Do Instead:
    • Refuse Delivery: If you no longer want the order, you can refuse the package at the time of delivery (unopened).
    • Return After Delivery: If you accept the delivery, you can initiate a return within our 7-day return policy (see our Return & Refund Policy).

2. Refund Process After Cancellation

  • Approved Cancellations: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Payment Method: The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, e-wallet, etc.).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or digital payment (provide details).
  • Partial Cancellations: If only some items in your order are canceled, shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

3. Exceptions – When Cancellation Is Not Possible

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Orders for tailored, embroidered, or made-to-measure clothing cannot be canceled unless there’s a defect from our side.
  • Discounted/Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Clearance Sale” or “Non-Refundable” cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Gift Cards & Vouchers: These are non-refundable.

4. What If I Change My Mind After Cancellation?

  • If you accidentally canceled an order but still want it, contact us immediately at huwaasoftware@gmail.com
  • If the order hasn’t been processed for cancellation, we may be able to reinstate it.
